‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra: Nyay ka Haq Milne Tak’
A little under a year after the historic ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ concluded in Srinagar, Rahul ji has set off on the second leg of his mission to awaken, heal and unite India. On January14, 2024, the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ set off from Imphal with the message of justice, dignity and harmony for all. The Yatra will make its way from East to West and conclude in Mumbai in the middle of March. Along the way, it will touch 15 states and 110 districts and countless crores of people.
With his Yatra, Rahul ji is sending a message not just to the Indian people, but also to the Party and the Congress workers. He is demonstrating through personal example how a true patriot must respond to these difficult times, when dictators have taken over the Country, when institutions that are meant to defend the Constitutions lie in shambles, when the poor, the weak, the marginalized are crushed everyday by a heartless state, when the poison of division, hate and fear are being sown in the hearts and minds of our people, when the opponent seems to be overwhelmingly powerful in every which way, when even the revered Lord Rama has been reduced to a star campaigner of our arrogant rulers. What is one to do?
Rahul ji has given us our answer. He has shown us that we must not be distracted by the hollow agendas of our opponents and, instead, stay true to the ideals that drive our politics. He has shown us that we must be fearless in the face of difficult times and take on our opponents head on. He has shown us the kind of hard work that it will take to heal and rebuild our Nation. But most of all, he has shown the incredible power of the Indian people and the love they respond with when we go among them. It is now the duty of every Congress worker to follow in Rahul Ji’s footsteps and embark upon their own Yatras into the heart and soul of India. For it is there that we will find the wisdom, humanity and energy to reclaim our land from the unholy forces that have imprisoned it. Jai Congress. Jai Hind. Jai Jagat.
